WORLDWIDE NEWS ABOUT QADIANIS

Express News Service : Ahmedabad, Wed Nov 13 2013, 04:58 hrs
"RSS is financing members of Qadianis for terror blasts. It's a group who claim themselves to be Muslims, but according to mainstream Muslims, they don't belong to the community."

Leader of Opposition in the state Assembly and former chief minister Shankersinh Vaghela on Tuesday alleged that the BJP and RSS were involved in all the terror incidents right from Godhra to Patna BJP rally, including communal riots in Muzaffarnagar in western UP and blasts in Bodhgaya.
Addressing mediapersons on Tuesday, he said, "There was one common strategy running from Godhra to Patna, that is to engineer killing of Hindus and Muslims for political polarisation."
"BJP is conspiring to divide society for political gains," he alleged.
"It does not bother them whether those being killed are Hindus or Muslims if it helps them grabbing power," said Vaghela, who also has roots in the RSS.
Stating that the terrorists behind serial blasts at Patna BJP rally had now been found to be Hindus, not Muslims, Vaghela said, "RSS and BJP are financing Indian Mujahideen for carrying out terror acts."
He further said, "RSS is financing members of Qadianis for terror blasts. It's a group who claim themselves to be Muslims, but according to mainstream Muslims, they don't belong to the community."
Regarding Patna blasts, he alleged, "I feel Gujarat hand behind it, because the watch recovered from the blast site had evidence of having been manufactured in Morbi and the plastic bags found from there was also manufactured at Halol. It shows that it was all planned in Gujarat."
"I also suspect the involvement of RSS and BJP hand in serial bomb blasts in July 2008 in Ahmedabad, including the blasts at Civil Hospital and LG Hospital, leading to killing of scores of people," the Congress leader added.
Asked if he could substantiate the allegations, he said, "I have been with them and I know them and their strategies." He also criticised Modi for not visiting the families of the Gujarat policemen killed on their way to his programme in UP, because it would not have yielded political dividends. But Modi flew to Bihar to visit the family members of those killed in Patna blasts as it gave him political publicity.

Shanker Singh Vaghela seeks probe on QADIANI AHAMADDIYA  IM's funds

A political fight has broken out after Leader of Opposition in the Gujarat Assembly and former Chief Minister Shankersinh Vaghela made sensational charges. Vaghela has accused the RSS and BJP of funding the Indian Mujahidden (IM) QADIANI AHAMADDIYA - and has also alleged that BJP and RSS have been involved in all the terror attacks from Godhra to the Patna BJP rally.

News of a Muslim girl’s marriage with a Qadiyani boy spread in the city like a wild fire. People gathered from all corners and curiosity prevailed for quite a long time. But the incident ended with a pleasing note. Majlis Tahaffuz Khatm-e-Nabuwwat played remarkable and positive role in the matter.

According to details on the report of Muslim girl’s marriage with a youth belonging to Qadiyani community at a function hall at Lakdi-ka-pul, scores of Prophet-lovers gathered at the place. Seeing the large number of Muslims the hosts became worried but the authorities of Majlis Tahaffuz Khatm-e-Nabuwwat reached there and presented the real picture of Islam before the groom. The groom recited Kalima-e-Tayyaba. He told that he has recited Kalima-e-Tayyaba and accepted Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) as the last prophet with sincerity. He also declared Ghulam Ahmed Qadiyani as the cursed and liar.

It is said that the youth hails from Zaheerabad and is residing in Humayun Nagar. Relatives and friends of the groom confirmed that the groom is a Muslim and some of his relatives are Qadiyani. Siasat news

Qadianis as non-Muslim minority

Abdur Rehman Bawa Friday, September 07, 2012

September 7, 1974, is a memorable and historic day for the Islamic Republic of Pakistan as, on this day, the National Assembly, through a constitutional amendment, unanimously declared all the followers of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani as non-Muslim minority. Later in 1984, through an ordinance Qadianis were prohibited from using Islamic terms, and a ban was imposed on all their un-Islamic activities.

‘Finality of Prophethood’ has always been the fundamental and joint belief of Islam and is an integral part of our faith. It has been the unanimous decision of the Ummah that anyone claiming to be a prophet after the Holy Prophet (SAW) is excommunicated from Islam. Since Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani had claimed prophethood, and being the incarnation of the Holy Prophet (SAW), therefore the Muslim scholars the world over had issued an ordain (fatwa) declaring him and his followers to be non-Muslims. On the contrary, the Qadianis consider more than 1.5 billion Muslims throughout the world as outside the pale of (their) Islam. Qadianis do not offer prayers behind the Muslims and they have severed all religious contacts with them declaring them as illegitimate (haram). So much so that even if a small child of a Muslim dies, a Qadiani would never offer his funeral prayer. Pakistan’s first Foreign Minister Chaudhry Zafarullah Khan did not offer the funeral prayer of Father of the Nation Quaid-i-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah.

It was the philosopher of Pakistan Allama Muhammad Iqbal who had for the first time demanded of the rulers to declare Qadianis as non-Muslim minority. (reference: Haraf-e-Iqbal).

Qadianis and Muslims are two separate entities. Their religions are different and they have different identities. If we have a look at the world history, it is proved beyond a shadow of doubt that whenever someone claims to be a prophet, those present would be divided into two classes - believers and non-believers, irrespective of the fact that the man is right or wrong. These two groups can never belong to the same religion.

The followers of Moses (Jews), the followers of Christ (Christians) and the followers of the Holy Prophet (SAW) (Muslims) who rejected the teachings of any new claimant of prophethood from amongst them and remained true to their religions. But how can those, who believed in the new prophet, be called Muslims? Justice demands that they should have established their separate identity like the Bahais. They believe in all prophets including the Holy Prophet (SAW). However they have their own prophet - Bahaullah.

The real dispute between Muslims and Qadianis is that of identity. The same principle applies to mundane affairs. If a company has been functioning for the past one hundred years with a specific name, trade mark and a logo, and if some persons of this company leave it and launch a new company, will his new company be justified in using the name of the previous firm? Can they use the trade mark and logo of the old company they deserted? Can someone other than a policeman use police uniform or badges?

Can someone other than an army man use the uniform or badges of someone belonging to the army? What would law do to an ordinary man who flaunts as a policeman wearing police uniform? Similarly if Qadianis have made a new prophet, in order to remove any misunderstanding, they should dissociate from Islam and work under a new name. If Qadinais establish their separate identity under this principle, there will be no dispute between Muslims and Qadianis.

However the followers of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani were declared non-Muslim minority on Sept 7, 1974, but the Qadiani community is not only continuously refusing to accept this constitutional amendment, but it is denigrating Pakistan by lobbying against it at international fora.

Their propaganda is that they were declared non-Muslims at the behest of Shah Faisal, the King of Saudi Arabia and further that the decision against them is in violation of fundamental human rights. They dub the decision as out and out cruelty and so and so forth.

The first thing to be remembered in this connection is that the assembly that declared Qadianis as non-Muslims in 1974 was an elected National Assembly and all the members were elected representatives of the people of Pakistan. None of the members disagreed with the amendment, which means that it was a democratic decision. The West as well as human rights organisations recognise democratic system as genuine. It beats the imagination to see people criticising this political decision.

Secondly, prior to this decision not only a full Qadiani team led by its head Mirza Nasir but the head of the Lahori sect led by its chief were invited to the National Assembly and allowed full 13 days to verbally argue and record their comprehensive statements. The National Assembly took a decision only after that. When both the factions of Qadianis came to the National Assembly, it means that they recognised the status of the National Assembly.

Moreover, the Qadiani Jamaat itself had challenged the Qadiani Ordinance 1984 in the Federal Shariat Court (FSC), and after hearing the arguments the FSC had upheld the Qadiani Ordinance 1984.

It is unjust to term the ordinance cruel or controversial after the decision of the National Assembly and the judgment of the FSC. As far as pressure from Shah Faisal is concerned, there is a Quranic injunction that no non-Muslim should be allowed to enter the precincts of Haram Sharif. As the Custodian of Harmain-al-Sharifain, it is the right of the Saudi monarch to stop Qadianis from entering Harm Sharif.

The attitude and behaviour of Qadianis is also responsible for their being declared non-Muslims. The anti-Qadiani movement was launched in 1953.

Qadiani conspiracies; use of aggressive and fiery language by Chaudhry Zafrullah Khan at Jehangir Park Karachi while occupying the most important post of Foreign Minister of Pakistan; subjecting Muslim students to violence on May 29, 1974 at Rabwah (now Chenab Nagar) were the incidents that snowballed into sharp reaction.

These actions gave birth to Tehreek-e-Khatme Nabuwwat in 1974 and resultantly Qadianis were declared non-Muslim minority. Qadianis should brood over their behaviour with a cool mind and bring about a change in their attitude. They should respect the law and the Constitution of Pakistan.

Kashmiri cleric's remarks upsets Ahmadiyyas

Yudhvir Rana, TNN May 5, 2012, 04.53AM IST
AMRITSAR: Kashmir's grand cleric Mufti Muhammad Bashir-ud-din's demand for declaring the Ahmadiyya sect of Kashmiri Muslims as non-Muslims has not only created uproar in the Ahmadiyya headquarters in India at Qadian but also gripped Pakistani brides with fear. They have personally experienced persecution of the sect in Pakistan where they have already been declared as non-Muslims.
While condemning the statement of grand cleric, chief secretary of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, India, Mohammad Inam Gauri told TOI on Friday that "India is a secular country where everyone has the right to practice his/her own religion without any kind of fear".
He said the Ahmadiyyas were proud of their sect of Islam and no one could dictate them to practice religion against their will.
In a statement on Friday, Mufti Muhammad Bashir-ud-din has sought a legislation to declare the Ahmadiyyas sect of Kashmiri Muslims as "non-Muslims."
Spokespersons of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, India, Sayed Tanveer Ahmad said, "In Islamic law there is no provision that one sect could declare another sect as non-Muslim".
Around 5,000-5,500 strong Ahmadiyyas live at Qadian in Gurdaspur district which is their spiritual headquarters in India. The founder of Ahmadiyya Muslims Jamat Hadrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad was born in Qadian in 1835.
Every year Jamat organizes an annual conference which is attended by Ahmadiyyas spread across the world. The community is stung by their persecution not only in Pakistan but also in Bangladesh, Indonesia and now in India also.
A Pakistani bride, Tahira Maqbool, who is married at Qadian, said, "The mufti's demand has reminded me of fundamentalist Muslim clerics of Pakistan who leave no stone unturned in humiliating Ahmadiyyas". She said she never thought that such demands would also be raised in India which was a known secular country in the world.

Muslim Ulema have never lagged behind in fighting battle against Qadiyanis at every front. They were waiting for Qadiyanis to start legal battle.

A meeting of Muslim Ulema was convened after stay order was granted by A.P. High Court against the implementation of the resolution passed by A.P. Wakf Board to confiscate all the Wakf properties under the possession of the Qadiyanis.

Muslim scholars expressed their opinion to frame a strategy for the future. This meeting was attended by Maulana Abdul Qavi, Maulana Abdul Ghani, Maulana Naseeruddin, Mr. Hamid Mohammed Khan, Maulana Ghiyas Rahmani, Maulana Sohail Qasimi, Maulana Arshad Qasimi etc. The Muslim scholars expressed their views on deriving a joint strategy to fight legal battle against Qadiyanis they opined that a strong legal team has to be constituted to face Qadiyanis. The meeting was presided by Mr. Muneeruddin Mukhtar. Mr. Mohammed Farooq Azam were the convener of the meeting. It was known in the meeting that by approaching the court of law, the Qadiyanis have exposed their infidelity. We have to prove our faith (Iman) now. It is the duty of the ulema to collect material against Qadiyanis and feed it to the lawyers.

Maulana Abdul Ghani told that the way the Qadiyanis are propagating their belief, they have proved that they are the followers of this wrong faith. He told that if the advocates are briefed in the right direction, the case would become easier.

Maulana Abdul Qavi told that we have to evolve war strategy against them. He suggested that by filing individual petitions, the case would become weak. It is, therefore necessary for us to file joint applications to prove the infidelity of the Qadiyanis.

Maulana Abdul Qavi told that in the present situation, the Muslims belonging to Various schools of thought should rise above the levels of their sectarian beliefs and should come forwarded to preserve the belief of the last Prophethood of Hazrath Mohammed (PBUH). Qadiyani’s claim that Islam is not a Universal religion. They believe that Mirza Ghulam Ahmed Qadiyani has brought about reformations which are fake. By their confession, it is proved that they belong to a different religion. They, therefore, can’t claim to the believers of Islam. Hence they can’t be called Muslims.

The Andhra Pradesh State Wakf Board has resolved to strike off from its records all places of worship, community centres and other institutions of Qadianis registered with it.

These institutions would be now handed over to the State government with a request to manage them as it deemed fit under the Endowments Department.

Celebrations

The Board further resolved to ‘take back' the Sunni and Shia mosques under the occupation of the Qadianis also known as Ahmadiya community. The Board's decision, which came at the end of daylong deliberations here on Saturday, was welcomed by various Muslim organisations. In fact the announcement triggered celebrations with Muslims distributing sweets and playing the ‘daf' at the Haj House. For most part of the day, members of various Muslim organisations stayed put in the Haj House in anticipation of the announcement. This is the first time that any Wakf Board in the country has taken such a step to remove the Qadiani properties from its records.

The Wakf Board Chairman, Syed Ghulam Afzal Biabani, said since the Qadianis are declared out of the fold of Islam, their properties couldn't be part of Muslim Wakf. The decision was taken after careful deliberations and consultation with legal experts.

Other Board members Akbar Nizamuddin, Syed Omer Jaleel, Abdul Jabbar, Ilyas Sait, Zaheeruddin Sufi, Altaf Husain Rizvi (MLC), M.A. Khan (MP) were also present and supported the decision.

As per the present information, there are three Qadiani institutions in the twin cities registered with the Wakf Board. They are Anwar Manzil and Baitul Irshad at Barkatpura and Ahmadiya Jubilee Hall, Afzalgunj. Besides, there are three Qadiani properties at Mahabubnagar and two in Khammam.

The Board resolved to retrieve a Sunni mosque at Falaknuma which is presently under the control of the Qadianis. In future, if more such mosques were detected, they would also be taken back, Mr. Biabani asserted.

Wakf Board was created to take care of religious institutions endowed for charitable religious purpose of Islamic faith. “Since Qadianis are not part of Muslim community Wakf Board cannot be a custodian of their property,” said Ilyas Sait, former Wakf Board chairman.

Qadiani issue turning into major controversy

Board to look into matter on Saturday

The State Wakf Board's decision to delete the Qadiani wakf properties listed in its records is snowballing into a major controversy. In view of the long pending demand from different Muslim organisations, the Board resolved to look into the matter at its meeting on Saturday.

But even before a final decision is taken, the Board chairman, Syed Ghulam Afzal Biabani, has been receiving threatening phone calls allegedly from the Qadianis.

“I was warned of dire consequences if I went ahead with the move,” Mr. Biabani said and added that he has given a police complaint.
Solidarity expressed

As news of threatening calls to Mr. Biabani spread, a large number of Muslims, including ulemas, visited the Wakf Board office here on Thursday to express their solidarity with him. They asked him to act against the Qadianis as they had already been declared to be outside the fold of Islam by the Muslim World League in 1974. There has been a demand for quite some time from the Majlise-e-Tahaffuz-e-Khatme-e-Nubuwwat Trust, A.P. and other Muslim organisations to delete properties like shops, land, graveyards and places of worship of the Qadinais from the Wakf Board record since they are considered an ‘unbelieving group' because of their ideology.

Meanwhile, the Darul Ifta of Jamia Nizamia has issued a ‘fatwa' to delete the Qadiani places of worship and properties from Muslim Wakf since properties of non-Muslims cannot be a part of Wakf.

The two-para edict, given on a question raised by the Wakf Board, says “all Muslims believe in the finality of Prophethood as confirmed by Quran and Hadith. Since the Qadianis do not believe in ‘khatme Nabuwwat' belief they stand excommunicated from Islam”. Earlier in the day, members of the Majlis-e-Tahaffuz-e-Khatme Nubuwwat raised slogans on the Haj House premises in support of the Wakf Board. Its representatives, Moulana Abdul Mughni Mazahari and Mohd. Arshad Ali Qasmi, asked the Wakf Board to take action against the Qadianis. “It is a matter of faith and there can be no compromise,” they said.
Qadiani faith

Asifuddin Muhammed, president, Islamic Academy for Comparative Religion, said that the Qadiani faith is a totally different religion and has nothing to do with Muslims and Islam. “The Wakf Board decision, though delayed, is apt,” he remarked.

No one from the Qadiani side was available for comment.

Mr. Biabani said that the Wakf Board was collecting data about the Qadiani properties listed in its record and also obtaining a legal opinion. A decision would be taken in the ensuing meeting, he said.

Ahmadiyya Movement in, or against, Islam?
Friday, 25 November 2011

The "Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam" (called by Muslims everywhere as "Qadianism") was established, in 1889, by Mirza Ghulam Qadiani (1835 - 1908) in a small Punjabi village of India. Mirza Ghulam Qadiani’s family were in the service of the British colonial powers and, to his dying days, Mirza Ghulam openly declared his allegiance to the British imperialism. In fact, the culmination of his service to foreign power was his declaration that resistance to oppressors (Jihad) -- as ordained in the Holy Quran by God -- had become unIslamic!

Mirza Ghulam Qadiani’s life was laden with contradictory and anti-Islamic claims. In 1880, he declared himself to be only a Muslim writer; in 1885, he announced he was a revivalist (Mujaddid); in 1891, he claimed to be the Promised Mehdi and the Promised Messiah; and in 1901, he pronounced himself a prophet of God! Facing an open and strong opposition by Muslim Scholars and religious leaders for this blasphemous declaration and other teachings which belittled Jesus Christ(pbuh) and contradicted the Quranic revelations, he also announced that he was the second and improved coming of the Prophet Muhammad(SAW) with authority to reinterpret the Holy Quran at his pleasure! Not happy with mere prophethood, in 1904, he declared himself the Krishna (the Hindu Lord). Obviously, like an unethical modern-day politician, he was trying to appeal to all uneducated segments of the public in India!

Fortunately, the Almighty Allah(SWT), time and time again, exposed Mirza Ghulam Qadiani's falsehood through his own statements and so-called prophecies. Even many of his own family members were aware of his treachery and openly opposed his anti-Islamic teachings. Mirza Ghulam Qadiani finally died by intervention of the Almighty Allah and as the result of religious prayer challenges (Mubahala), in 1908.

Since the death of Mirza Ghulam Qadiani, his heirs -- the leaders of the Qadiani organization ("Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam") -- have been extremely busy trying to clean up his image. Backed by seemingly unlimited support they receive from their anti-Muslim allies, they have been promoting falsehood and deception through the media. They have even resorted to removing some of most controversial writings of Qadiani leadership -- which had become a source of embarrassment to them -- from circulation. Their partial English translation of their original text has been heavily edited to exclude all controversial and anti-Islamic sayings of their cult leaders. Obviously, they themselves realize the true nature of their "Ahmadiyya Mission".

The goal of the "Ahmadiyya Mission" is, and has always been, to confuse uninformed Muslims, divide the Ummah, prevent resistance to oppressors (Jihad), and provide an alternative to non-Muslims who find the message of Islam appealing. Quite cunningly, they do so by using Islamic terminology and teachings, and hiding the controversial writings of their founders. Today, only the most learned Muslims are able to attend one of their functions and realize that their brand of Islam is a form of Kufr (disbelief). Even when their leaders mention the Kalima (I bear witness there is only one God and Muhammad is his messenger), they are referring to their founder who proclaimed himself to be (God forbid) the second improved coming of the prophet Muhammad(SAW) and not to the true Prophet(SAW) of Allah(SWT).

Muslim brethren everywhere should not be confused by Qadiani leadership's superficial use of Islamic concepts to promote their cult. Our beloved Prophet Muhammad(SAW) and the four Khalifah also faced such false prophets. Of particular interest is the claim by an Arab, named Musailama, to prophethood, during the latter part of the life of the Prophet(SAW). Although he simply claimed co-prophethood with the Prophet Muhammad(SAW) of Arabia and did not belie any other teaching of the Holy Quran, he and all of his mislead followers were declared out of the fold of Islam, by righteous believers. Under the leadership of Hadrat Abu Bakr Siddique(RA) and with the unanimous consensus of all the companions of the Prophet Muhammad(SAW), a victorious war was waged against Musailama for using Islamic concepts and claiming prophethood. This should indeed be sufficient evidence to declare the Qadianis as non-Muslims.

In 1974, after an exhaustive examination of all the evidence presented for and against the Qadianis, the Muslim World League (Rabita Alame Islami) -- which represents all religious scholars from every Muslim country of the world  -- passed an unanimous resolution declaring the Qadiani Movement and its leadership out of the fold of Islam. Indeed, "Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam" is a man-made organization with no divine authority or guidance.

Say: "O ye men! Now Truth hath reached you from your Lord! those who receive guidance, do so for the good of their own souls; those who stray, do so to their own loss: and I am not (set) over you to arrange your affairs."

(The Holy Quran, Yunus, 10:108)

May Allah(SWT) expose the falsehood of the Qadiani leadership and show its unfortunate followers the path to the perfected and completed religion of Allah: Al-Islam

Hamed Ansari urged not to attend
Qadiyanis’ programme
Sunday, 25 September 2011
Hyderabad, September 25: Maulana Syed Mohammad Qubool Pasha Qaudri Shutari, organizing president Majlis Ulama-e-Deccan has urged vice president of India Mr. Hamed Ansari via e-mail not to attend the 3-day Quran programme to be conducted by Qadyanis at Constitution club.

Maulana stated in his e-mail that “You surely know that anti Islam Qadiyanis are disbelievers of the End of Prophethood (khatm-e-Nubuwwat) with the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him). End of prophethood is such established belief that the entire Muslim world is unanimous over it but Qadyanis who call themselves as Ahmadis are not within Islam. The Qadiyani movement is the wicked conspiracy of America and Israel to spread disorder among Muslims.

It is a sincere advice of Muftis and scholars of our institution that keeping in view our opinion, please avoid attending the 3-day Quran programme to be conduced by Qadyanis. Regarding the religious sentiments of crores of Muslims will illustrate your religious sentiments. Siasat news
